Welcome to the proposal submission server for the AMTE 13th Annual Conference. The proposal submission process includes two steps. First, complete the PDF Form Template (available in the navigation bar to the left, or at the following link: PDF Form Template ) and save it on your computer. Next, complete the online Submission Form and attach your completed PDF Form Template to the Online Submission Form. Both steps must be completed as a part of your proposal submission process. If you have any questions about the process, please contact the AMTE Webmaster, Mike Klass, at mklass@projects.sdsu.edu.
The PDF Form you will need to fill out before submitting your proposal is available at the following link: PDF Form Template . Be sure to download this form and fill it out before submitting your proposal.
Use the Submission Form to submit a new proposal. All presenters are required to register for the conference. Be sure to provide a valid email address for the contact author as it will not be possible to change it afterwards. Your submission must use the PDF form template available for download at this link: PDF Form Template. Any other kinds of PDF format file submitted will be rejected by the committee, no exceptions to this rule will be made.
The form is editable using the freely available Adobe Reader software. If you do not have the Adobe reader software, it can be downloaded for any platform at the Adobe website. You can access the Adobe website by following this button:
